Director of Residential Services: Candidate will lead and direct all aspects of our 28-bed residential facility; including the overall health, welfare, education, recreation, and safety of clients and staff. Manages and supervises Youth Workers, Intake Coordinator and all programs provided to youth in the facility.  Candidates should possess experience working with youth in a Residential facility and supervisory and program management background. Additional requirements include a Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in human services, recreational therapy, occupational science or related field and at least 2 years experience.

We are expanding our program and seeking caring professionals who have a passion to serve children and families. We are hiring people with the following qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree in human service discipline;
  2. Master’s degree and clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, etc..)
  3. Master’s degree and clinical license requiring supervision (CSW, LPCA, MFT, etc.)
  4. Bachelor’s degree in human services (psychology, rehabilitation, social work)

Part Time Cook: He/she coordinates with Food Service Director in Preparing 2 meals and snacks per day for approximately 20 individuals.  Coordinates menus with supervisor to maintain all nutritional requirements; posts and adheres to posted menus. Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen, food preparation area and pantry. Average of 24-hours per week, Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Classification:  Non-Exempt
Status:  Part- Time
Starting Pay:  $10.00 per hour
Partial Benefits Provided After Probation Period
Primary Shift: First
Education Requirements:  High School graduate or GED
