This Christmas, children like Carrie are counting on you. Carrie’s young life has been filled with hardship – her mother struggled with addiction, and for months they lived on the streets, where she learned what it feels like to be hungryafraid, and cold with nowhere to go.

When Carrie arrived at Gateway Children’s Services, she whispered:

“For the first time, I feel safe.
But I don’t ever want to be cold again.”

Our 18,135-square-foot building is more than just walls – it is a safe haven where more than 150 children each year find shelter, healing, and HOPE. Four of our aging HVAC units, now over 20 years old, are constantly failing (we’ve replaced 6 units already). If they break down this winter, children like Carrie could be left in the cold. To keep them safe and warm, we must urgently raise $59,000 to replace these units.

Your gift of $75, $125, $250, $500, or any amount that feels right will provide warmth on the coldest Kentucky nights, clean air for children already healing from trauma, and the comfort of a safe, stable place to stay. Because of YOU, Carrie’s story doesn’t end on the street – it continues in warmth, safety, and hope.

Will you give the gift of warmth this Christmas this year? Can we count on YOU?
