Case Manager
We are hiring a Case Manager to support youth and foster families in our Therapeutic Foster Care Program. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to partnering with families, DCBS, the courts, and community providers to help children thrive.
The Case Manager must be able to build trust and maintain relationships with children, foster parents, and partners; complete bi-monthly home visits within a 1–1.5 hour radius (personal vehicle required); and keep accurate documentation to ensure program compliance and high-quality service.
Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, human services, psychology, education, or a related field. Applicants must be 21+, able to pass a drug test, background check, and CAN (Child Abuse & Neglect) check, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Position is full-time with standard 8-hour shifts and on-call responsibilities. Salary: $40,000. Family Centered Coach
We are hiring a Family Centered Coach to partner with families in the community as they journey through crisis, stability, and long-term stability. The ideal candidate must have a desire to provide strength-based Family Centered Coaching, a willingness to be a part of a strong, diverse community, and a passion to support children and families.
The Family Centered Coach must be able to build trust and maintain relationships with children, families, and community partners. Record maintenance, data entry, and accurate file documentation are required to ensure program compliance and service delivery.
Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, human services, psychology, education or related field. Mental Health Therapist / Counselor
We are hiring a Mental Health Therapist to partner with families and youth in the community as they journey through crisis, stability, and long-term stability. Duties include conducting individual and family therapy sessions. Candidates should have at least two years’ experience working with children/youth preferably providing trauma-specific services. Qualifications: Master’s Degree required and clinical license preferred (LCSW, CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, etc.). Residential Youth Workers

- 1st shift (8a-4p) – Assist with daily chores, outings, recreation, life skills
- 2nd shift (4pm-12am – Assist with daily chores, outings, recreation, life skills
- 3rd shift (12am-8am) – Assist with supervision during sleep, cleaning, breakfast
Applicants must be over 21 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, must be able to pass a drug test, background check and CAN (Child Abuse & Neglect) check. Duties include direct supervision of residents and submitting required documentation. You must be 21 years of age. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but the minimum of high school diploma or GED is required. Starting pay is $11.00 an hour.
